How to check your coverage
Call us at 305-639-8685 or email universal@universalclinicalcenter.com with your insurance plan name and member ID. We will check whether we work with your plan and explain what to expect. Having your insurance card in front of you makes the call quicker.
- Have your insurance card and a photo ID ready
- Tell us which service you need: psychiatry, therapy, or physical therapy

Out-of-network and self-pay options
If we do not work with your plan, you still have options. We see out-of-network patients and can provide a superbill, a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Whether you are reimbursed depends on your plan's out-of-network benefits.
